I had a brief search round the Net for other people's experiences with upgrades from ColdFusion 8 to ColdFusion 9. After a good search I was unable to find any alarming stories. Unlike the Microsoft Vista to Windows 7 upgrade saga which has hit a few major glitches all seemed quiet for CF9. So I proceeded to upgrade my local server as a starting point.
I'm very impressed by the new wave of blog reporting which is taking place online. It seems that the key to success in writing a popular blog is to find something topical (eg the credit crunch) to write about, mix in a few age old controversial issues (eg sexism in the workplace, greed and old boy's network) and stir the pot. Et voila, you get people commenting furiously about every aspect of the blog article.

I've been using the D-Link DNS-323 as a back-up for development files and photos for some time. However, when I first looked at buying the product I had heard from colleagues that it could be set up as an Subversion Server as well.
