Smarter Mail - Signatures

To set up a signature on your webmail account in Smartermail. Follow the instructions below.

Log in to your webmail account. On the top menu mouse over the "Settings" item and in the drop down menu click on "My Settings". When the page loads you will see a sub-menu on main section of the site (Mailbox, Webmail, Compose, Forwarding, Plus Addressing) - click on the "Compose" tab. When the new screen loads There is a section called "Signature" - type your signature here and format it as you prefer..

Once you have finished. Click on "Save" in the top left corner of the main page. This will save your additions and changes. Please note, that if you do not click on "Save" your changes will be lost.

If you have any other questions about the specific page you are working in when using your webmail account you can mouse over the "Help" item in the top menu and click on "Help for this page"
